UKFOS is deliberately limited in scale, combining Main Stage discussion, focused Private Roundtables, all-day Garden Bar networking and private hospitality to create repeated opportunities for substantive conversation.
Keynotes, roundtables, networking, private meetings, lunches, invitation-only hosted dinners and hosted networking receptions all happen inside The Randolph Hotel.
Keeping delegates together creates a more personal environment where conversations continue naturally throughout both days.
This is intentional. UKFOS is designed to maximise meaningful interactions — not maximise delegate numbers.

St John's Room
Private Roundtables
The St John's Room hosts selected private roundtable discussions for family offices, UHNW investors and institutional allocators.
Its smaller format supports focused discussion around specific investment and family-capital topics.
Garden Bar
Networking Hub
The Garden Bar is one of UKFOS's principal shared networking environments, where delegates gather between sessions, over refreshments and around the wider Summit programme.
Four approved Networking Hub Exhibitor positions are available within this shared environment.
Lancaster Room
Private Roundtables
The Lancaster Room hosts focused Private Roundtables for substantive discussion among a self-selecting audience of family offices, wealth owners and institutional investors.
Each Private Roundtable is exclusive to one approved partner and runs alongside the Main Stage programme.

Private Meeting Room
A discreet private space for investor meetings, family office conversations, small-group discussions and executive hospitality, with natural light from the skylight and presentation capability.

Focused Discussion
Purposefully arranged rooms and quiet interiors support meaningful conversation. Keynotes, panels and closed-door roundtables are held in spaces designed for careful listening rather than performance.
Private Hosted Events
Evening programming may include invitation-only hosted dinners, partner hosted discussions, hosted networking receptions and curated evening events. Participation varies depending on invitation, sponsorship and programme arrangements — not all delegates attend all events.
Oxford Between Sessions
Delegates often continue conversations during coffee breaks, walks through central Oxford and informal meetings arranged throughout the programme. The city itself becomes part of the experience.

Oxford is highly accessible from London, Heathrow and Birmingham. Direct trains from London Paddington reach the city in under an hour, and road connections from all major London airports are straightforward. This accessibility is one reason UKFOS has consistently drawn national and international delegates.

Staying at The Randolph
Staying at the official venue allows delegates to participate more fully in the Summit environment while remaining close to programme activities. Breakfasts, informal meetings and evening networking all take place under the same roof.
The Residential Delegate Pass includes two nights’ accommodation: Monday 23 November and Tuesday 24 November 2026, with check-out on Wednesday 25 November 2026. Accommodation is provided at The Randolph Hotel Oxford or a carefully selected Oxford city-centre partner hotel, subject to availability and allocation by PMG. Additional nights are not included and, where required, must be arranged separately by the delegate. All other delegates are welcome to book directly using the code below, subject to availability.

Where is UKFOS Oxford 2026 being held?
The UK Family Office Summit Oxford 2026 takes place at The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton hotel, on Beaumont Street in central Oxford, opposite the Ashmolean Museum. The Summit runs across Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 November 2026, with the Main Stage, Private Roundtables, the Networking Hub and all hospitality held within the hotel. Which rooms are used for the programme?
Four spaces at The Randolph Hotel: the Ballroom hosts the Main Stage; St John's Room and the Lancaster Room host Private Roundtables running concurrently with it; and the Garden Bar hosts the Networking Hub and exhibition, the Summit's only exhibition environment.
How should delegates plan travel to Oxford?
Oxford is well served by rail and coach connections from London and the major airports, and the venue is a short walk from Oxford station in the centre of the city.
