The Ballroom Main Stage hosts editorially curated keynotes, fireside conversations and panel discussions across both Summit days.

Private Roundtables are focused, discussion-led sessions in Lancaster Room. They run alongside selected Main Stage sessions; see the Programme for topics and timings.

Yes. Delegates may choose between the Main Stage and a concurrent Private Roundtable, subject to room capacity on the day.

Main Stage sessions should not be treated as confidential. The Chatham House Rule applies only where announced for a specific closed-door discussion; delegates are asked to respect the discretion expected of a private gathering throughout.

Networking is built into the two days through the Garden Bar Networking Hub, refreshment breaks, hosted lunches and receptions. Specific introductions or meetings are not guaranteed.
