How attendance at the UK Family Office Summit Oxford 2026 works, how applications are reviewed and what to expect once you have applied.
Who can apply to attend?
The UK Family Office Summit Oxford 2026 is designed for Single Family Office principals, next-generation family members and active family office investment executives, alongside institutional investors, verified Multi-Family Offices, investment managers and specialist advisers who contribute to conversations relevant to long-term capital. For Single Family Offices, the general eligibility threshold is £200 million or more in investable assets managed or advised on. Every application is reviewed individually and remains subject to verification, availability and organiser approval.
Is UKFOS invitation-only?
Yes. Every place is by application and organiser approval rather than open registration. Applications are assessed individually so that the composition of the room — family offices, institutional investors and carefully selected professional participants — remains balanced and the quality of discussion is protected.
Can international delegates attend?
Yes. The Summit welcomes family offices, institutional investors and selected professional participants from outside the United Kingdom. International applicants follow the same application and verification process as UK-based delegates. Delegates requiring a letter of invitation for travel purposes should contact the delegate team once their place is confirmed.
How are applications reviewed?
Applications are reviewed individually by the Private Markets Group team. Assessment considers organisation type, active investment role, decision-making responsibility and the overall composition of the confirmed delegate community. Verification may include professional profile confirmation, organisation website review and follow-up correspondence.
When do applications close?
Delegate, partnership, Workshop Partnership and exhibitor applications should be received by Friday 30 October 2026. Places and opportunities are limited and may be allocated earlier, so earlier applications are encouraged. Applications remain subject to verification, availability and organiser approval.
When will applicants receive a decision?
The delegate team responds to applications and eligibility enquiries within two working days. A formal decision follows completion of verification and, where a paid pass applies, confirmation of payment. Applicants are contacted directly if further information is required.
Can more than one colleague attend?
Attendance is usually limited to one or two representatives per organisation so that the balance of the room is preserved. Additional colleagues may be requested during the application process and are considered case by case, taking account of the organisation's role at the Summit and remaining availability.
Does meeting the eligibility criteria guarantee a place?
No. Meeting the published criteria allows an application to be considered; it does not guarantee attendance. Places remain subject to verification, availability and organiser approval, and the delegate community is curated to maintain an appropriate balance between principals, institutional investors and professional participants.
Can a confirmed pass be transferred?
Transfers may be permitted at the organiser's discretion where the replacement delegate meets the same eligibility criteria and completes verification. Please contact the delegate team as early as possible so that the change can be reviewed and, if approved, reflected in Summit records.
Can representatives of International Financial Centres attend UKFOS?
Yes. Approved representatives of International Financial Centres, financial-centre authorities, governments, investment promotion agencies and relevant professional organisations may attend using either the Professional Delegate Pass or Residential Delegate Pass. The Professional Delegate Pass is £1,500 + VAT and does not include accommodation; the Residential Delegate Pass is £3,000 + VAT and includes accommodation. Complimentary LP Passes are reserved for qualifying asset owners and capital allocators and are not granted solely on the basis of International Financial Centre or government affiliation.
What happens if an application is unsuccessful?
Applicants are told directly, usually because the criteria are not met or because that category of the delegate community is already balanced. The team is often able to suggest other ways to engage with the Summit and Private Markets Group, including partnership opportunities, editorial contributions and future events.

Which delegate pass should I choose?
The pass follows the delegate. Verified Single Family Office principals, next-generation family members, active family office investment executives and approved institutional investors should apply for complimentary attendance. Verified Multi-Family Offices should apply for the MFO & Growth Company Pass. Investment managers, advisers and other professional participants should choose either the Professional Delegate Pass or the Residential Delegate Pass, which adds accommodation and evening hospitality. What is included with each delegate pass?
Every pass includes full access to the two-day Summit programme, moderated discussions, hosted networking, delegate hospitality and support from the Private Markets Group team throughout the event. The Residential Delegate Pass additionally includes accommodation and evening networking events. Current inclusions for each pass are published on the Attend page.
Who qualifies for complimentary attendance?
The Complimentary LP Pass is available to verified asset owners and capital allocators: qualifying Single Family Offices, UHNW investors and wealth owners, institutional LPs and sovereign wealth funds. The £200m+ investable-assets threshold applies to Single Family Office applicants only. Multi-Family Offices, investment managers, GPs, advisers and service providers attend on a paid delegate pass. All complimentary places remain subject to verification, availability and organiser approval.
What is the Professional Delegate Pass?
The Professional Delegate Pass is for investment managers, private equity and private credit professionals, venture investors, wealth advisers, legal and tax specialists and other selected participants from the wider private capital ecosystem. It provides full access to the two-day programme, hosted networking and delegate hospitality. Current inclusions and pricing are published on the Attend page.
What is included with the Residential Delegate Pass?
The Residential Delegate Pass is £3,000 + VAT. It includes everything provided with the Professional Delegate Pass, plus accommodation, delegate hospitality and evening networking events. Accommodation is included within the Residential Delegate Pass. Delegates will be accommodated at The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton hotel, or one of our carefully selected Oxford city centre partner hotels, with allocations made by PMG subject to availability.
Can Multi-Family Offices attend?
Yes. Verified Multi-Family Offices may apply for the MFO & Growth Company Pass at £750 + VAT, subject to organiser approval. The pass is intended for Multi-Family Office principals and senior executives, and for founders and senior leaders from selected start-ups, scale-ups and innovative private companies relevant to the UKFOS investment programme. Places are limited and applications are verified in the same way as all other delegate categories.

What topics will the Summit cover?
The programme covers the allocation questions facing family offices and long-term capital: private equity and secondaries, private credit, venture and innovation, real assets and infrastructure, public markets, governance and succession, philanthropy and impact, and the operational questions of building an investment office. The published Programme sets out the full two-day agenda.
Is the Summit educational or commercial?
UKFOS is an editorially led Summit built around education, discussion and relationship building. Every session is developed by the PMG editorial team to ensure discussions remain relevant, balanced and valuable for family office principals, wealth owners and senior advisers.
How is programme content developed?
The Summit is designed around independent discussion. Partners contribute expertise to informed, editorially developed conversations, and speaking opportunities are curated separately through the UKFOS programme.
Are sessions confidential?
Main Stage sessions are attended by the full delegate community and should not be treated as confidential. Certain private sessions and closed-door discussions may operate under the Chatham House Rule, which is stated at the start of that session; it is not applied automatically to Workshops. Delegates are asked to respect the discretion expected of a private gathering throughout.
How does the Chatham House Rule apply?
Where the Chatham House Rule is applied to a session, participants may use the information shared, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of any speaker or participant may be revealed. It is applied selectively rather than automatically across the Summit, and the chair confirms it before the discussion begins.
Will presentation materials or recordings be shared?
Selected materials may be shared with confirmed delegates after the Summit where speakers have given permission. Sessions held under the Chatham House Rule are not circulated. Delegates receive post-Summit follow-up from Private Markets Group confirming what is available.
Will Workshop presentations be available after UKFOS?
The full approved presentation from participating Workshop Partners may be published and distributed following the Summit through Private Markets Group's wider global family office and investor network, extending the Workshop beyond the in-room audience in Oxford. Publication remains subject to PMG approval and discretion over materials, claims, legal and compliance suitability, publication format and distribution suitability. Confidential Main Stage discussions and sessions held under the Chatham House Rule are not circulated.
Is the UKFOS programme UK-focused or international?
Both. UK Family Office Summit Oxford is UK-hosted and UK-anchored, but international in outlook. Main Stage sessions examine UK investment opportunities alongside the governance, succession and allocation questions facing long-term family capital, while Workshops in St John's Room and the Lancaster Room address asset-class, market and cross-border themes spanning North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, international financial centres and global private credit.
What are the UKFOS Workshops?
UKFOS Workshops are focused 40-minute sessions running alongside selected Main Stage discussions. Global Wealth Jurisdiction Workshops explore leading jurisdictions and financial centres through the lens of private wealth, investment, structuring and cross-border capital; Alternative Investment Strategy Workshops focus on specific investment markets and strategies; Asset Allocation Workshops examine portfolio construction and allocation; and the Philanthropy Workshop focuses on strategic giving.
What is the Networking Hub?
The Networking Hub in the Garden Bar is the Summit's single exhibition and networking environment, hosting all-day networking and the four approved exhibitor positions throughout both Summit days.
What is the Main Stage?
The Main Stage is the Ballroom programme at The Randolph Hotel: the editorially curated keynotes, fireside conversations and panel discussions that run across both Summit days. Main Stage sessions are developed by the Private Markets Group editorial team and address the investment, governance, succession and allocation questions facing long-term family capital.
Where do Workshops take place?
In two dedicated rooms at The Randolph Hotel: St John's Room and the Lancaster Room. Both run concurrently with the Ballroom Main Stage. Neither room is an exhibition space — all exhibiting takes place in the Networking Hub in the Garden Bar.
Can delegates choose between concurrent sessions?
Yes. During concurrent periods, delegates can choose between the Main Stage and the workshops running alongside it. Workshop capacity is limited, and where advance reservations are available, eligible delegates may register their interest before the Summit.
How are Workshop Partners selected?
Each available workshop has a defined investment, allocation or geographic territory and is exclusive to one confirmed Workshop Partner. Private Markets Group reviews the organization, proposed presenter and subject for relevance to the delegate community and retains editorial approval of the presenter, final title, claims and content.
What is the Chapel & York Roundtable Workshop?
Chapel & York hosts a confirmed Roundtable Workshop, "Strategic Giving & Donor-Advised Funds: Modern Philanthropy for Global Families", led by Nancy Bikson, CEO of Chapel & York, in partnership with Chapel & York. It is a confirmed session rather than available workshop inventory, and it sits alongside the Workshop programme.

Networking and Meetings
How delegates meet one another at Oxford 2026, and what is and is not arranged on their behalf.
How does networking work at UKFOS?
Networking is built into the structure of the two days rather than confined to a single session. Hosted refreshment breaks, seated lunches, private dining and evening receptions give delegates repeated, unhurried opportunities to meet. The delegate community is deliberately limited in size so that conversations are substantive and people are met more than once.
Will delegates receive a Delegate Directory?
Inclusion in the UKFOS Delegate Directory is optional. Where a delegate opts in, only the professional details they have agreed to share are included; contact details and confidential application information are not included unless separately and explicitly authorised. The Directory is provided only to confirmed delegates and selected Summit partners, and is scheduled to be circulated in early November 2026 ahead of the Summit. It allows delegates to identify relevant opted-in participants and arrange meetings independently; it does not provide permission for unrelated marketing, and no meetings, replies or introductions are guaranteed. Delegates may update or withdraw consent before distribution by contacting office@privatemarkets-group.com.
Can meetings be arranged before the Summit?
Yes. Partners are encouraged to schedule meetings with existing clients, prospective clients and invited guests in advance. A Private Meeting Room partnership provides a dedicated space at The Randolph Hotel for planned meetings across both Summit days.
Are introductions guaranteed?
No. The team will always make relevant introductions where they are appropriate and welcomed on both sides, but no specific introduction, meeting or outcome is guaranteed. The Summit is designed to create the conditions for relationships to form rather than to promise a fixed number of meetings.
What evening events are included?
Evening networking forms part of both Summit days and is included for delegates holding a Residential Delegate Pass. Other delegates are welcome at the receptions that follow the formal programme. The invitation-only Private Welcome Dinner on Monday 23 November 2026 is a separate event and is not included with every pass.
Can partners host private meetings or hospitality?
Yes. A Private Meeting Room provides exclusive use of a dedicated room within The Randolph Hotel for confidential meetings and briefings, and Private Dining & Hospitality provides a hosted private dinner or drinks reception. Availability varies by space and is confirmed with the partnerships team.

Where is UKFOS Oxford 2026 being held?
The UK Family Office Summit Oxford 2026 takes place at The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton hotel, on Beaumont Street in central Oxford, opposite the Ashmolean Museum. The Summit runs across Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 November 2026, with the Main Stage, Workshops, the Networking Hub and all hospitality held within the hotel. Is The Randolph Hotel the official Summit venue?
Yes. The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton hotel is the official venue for Oxford 2026 and hosts the full programme, including the Ballroom Main Stage, St John's Room and the Lancaster Room for Workshops, the Networking Hub in the Garden Bar and the private rooms used for meetings and hosted dining.
What accommodation is included with the Residential Delegate Pass?
Accommodation is included within the Residential Delegate Pass. Delegates will be accommodated at The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton hotel, or one of our carefully selected Oxford city centre partner hotels, with allocations made by PMG subject to availability.
How are hotel rooms allocated?
Rooms are allocated by Private Markets Group as part of the delegate confirmation process and remain subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Delegates are accommodated either at the Summit venue or at a carefully selected Oxford city centre partner hotel; a specific hotel cannot be guaranteed. Preferences and requirements should be raised with the delegate team as early as possible.
How should delegates plan travel to Oxford?
Oxford is well served by rail and coach connections from London and the major airports, and the venue is a short walk from Oxford station in the centre of the city. Because timetables, parking and city access arrangements change, delegates should check current details on the Venue page or with the delegate team when planning their journey.
Who should delegates contact about venue or travel requirements?

How the speaker faculty is assembled and how to put forward a contributor.
How are speakers selected?
Speakers are selected editorially by Private Markets Group for their direct experience of the subject under discussion. Priority is given to family office principals, chief investment officers, institutional investors and practitioners who can speak candidly about allocation decisions. Every contribution is expected to meet the Summit's editorial standard, including no product pitches on stage.
Will more speakers be announced?
Yes. The faculty is confirmed in stages through 2026, and further speakers are announced as sessions are finalised. The Speakers page is updated as each contributor is confirmed.
Can I recommend or apply to become a speaker?
Yes. Speaker recommendations are welcomed throughout the year. All proposals are reviewed by the PMG editorial team to ensure they align with the Summit programme, audience and editorial standards. Speaking opportunities are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Who should consider partnering with UKFOS?
UKFOS partnerships are designed for organisations working with family offices, wealth owners and private capital. What partnership opportunities are available?
There are five primary partnership routes, published in ascending order of investment: Networking Hub Exhibitor, Workshop, Main Stage Panel Partnership, Private Meetings & Hospitality (a Private Meeting Room or Private Dining & Hospitality) and Strategic Summit Partnership. The Keynote & Fireside Partnership is also published but is sold out for Oxford 2026. Each route offers a different way to engage with delegates depending on your objectives. How many Thought Leadership Partners can be associated with a session?
A maximum of two Thought Leadership Partners may be appointed to each eligible Main Stage panel; Workshops, fireside chats and keynotes are limited to one partner, subject to availability, relevance and PMG editorial approval. Some programme discussions are not commercially available.
Can partners attend the Summit?
Yes. Most partnership packages include one or more Residential Delegate Passes, providing access to the Summit programme, networking opportunities and delegate hospitality. The number of passes included depends on the selected partnership.
Can my organisation have a meeting or exhibition presence?
Yes, on a strictly limited basis. Four approved exhibitor positions are available in total, all within the Networking Hub in the Garden Bar. Organisations seeking a broader presence should consider a UKFOS partnership instead.
Can I reserve a venue for both Summit days?
A Private Meeting Room is reserved for both Summit days, and Private Dining & Hospitality is arranged for an agreed evening, subject to availability and operational requirements. Our Partnerships Team will discuss the most appropriate option based on your objectives and preferred level of engagement.
What is the difference between a Workshop and a Private Meeting Room?
A Workshop is one scheduled 40-minute partner presentation within the official Summit programme, held in St John's Room or the Lancaster Room, with the title and content developed with PMG. A Private Meeting Room provides exclusive use of a dedicated room throughout the Summit, allowing your organisation to hold meetings and private discussions alongside the programme. They are separate products and may be taken together.
How much does a Workshop cost?
A Workshop is £8,000 + VAT. It provides an exclusive 40-minute partner presentation session in St John's Room or the Lancaster Room, within an approved asset-class, thematic, geographic or International Financial Centre focus, running concurrently with the Ballroom Main Stage.
How much does a Main Stage Panel Partnership cost?
A Main Stage Panel Partnership is £10,000 + VAT. It provides eligible participation in a Main Stage panel discussion in the Ballroom, subject to relevance, speaker suitability, availability and PMG editorial approval. It includes 1 approved Panel Speaker, up to 2 additional Partner representatives and 3 Professional Delegate Passes in total. It is not a presentation slot and does not confer unrestricted speaking rights, and PMG retains control of the session title, moderator, discussion structure, questions and speaker balance.
Can an International Financial Centre host a Workshop?
Yes. A Workshop at £8,000 + VAT may be hosted by an International Financial Centre authority, financial-centre organisation, government department, investment promotion agency or a professional organisation representing a recognised jurisdiction. The Workshop is an educational, informative and data-driven 40-minute session rather than a destination or product pitch, and may cover areas such as the private wealth ecosystem, investment environment, legal and structuring framework, market access or cross-border relevance. The package includes 1 Lead Workshop Speaker, up to 2 additional Partner representatives and 3 Professional Delegate Passes in total. Participation remains subject to relevance, availability and PMG approval of the organisation, presenter, title, claims and content.
Who can host a Workshop?
Workshops are hosted by selected fund managers and GPs, investment managers, asset managers, specialist investment firms, International Financial Centre authorities, financial-centre organisations, governments, investment promotion agencies, private banks, wealth managers, law firms, tax advisers, fiduciary and fund administration businesses and selected private companies with relevant investment opportunities or innovative propositions. Confirmation is subject to relevance, availability and Private Markets Group approval of the partner, presenter, title, claims and content.
Can a private company host a Workshop?
Yes, where the company is relevant to the delegate community and has a genuine investment opportunity or innovative proposition. Applications from private companies are reviewed in the same way as those from fund and investment managers, and confirmation remains subject to relevance, availability and PMG approval.
Does a partnership guarantee investor meetings?
No. Private Markets Group curates the Summit audience and will facilitate relevant introductions where there is genuine mutual fit, but no partnership guarantees meetings, attendance, allocations, investment or any other commercial outcome. Partnerships create the conditions for relationships rather than promising results.
Can we choose our presentation title?
Each Workshop carries an approved asset-class or geographic focus. Within that focus, the confirmed Workshop Partner works with Private Markets Group to develop the final presentation title and content. PMG retains approval of the title, claims, presenter and content to protect the editorial standard of the programme.
Is the Keynote & Fireside Partnership opportunity still available?
No. Keynote & Fireside Partnership (£15,000 + VAT) is sold out for Oxford 2026. Organisations seeking Main Stage association should consider a Main Stage Panel Partnership, and organisations seeking a presentation format should consider a Workshop.

Exhibiting at Oxford 2026 takes place solely in the Networking Hub in the Garden Bar, where four approved positions are available.
How many exhibitor positions are available and how much do they cost?
There are four exhibitor positions in total, all within the Networking Hub in the Garden Bar — the Summit's only exhibition environment. Each position is £6,000 + VAT and includes a two-day presence, 2 Professional Delegate Passes, table, seating and banner position, and Official Summit Partner Guide recognition. Positions are reviewed and confirmed individually, and are not held without written confirmation.
Who can apply to exhibit?
Applications are welcomed from investment managers, fund managers, professional advisers, technology providers, growth companies, selected investment opportunities, relevant service providers and other organisations whose work is genuinely relevant to family offices, wealth owners and institutional investors. Every application is reviewed individually by Private Markets Group for relevance and balance.
Does an exhibitor position include a Workshop or Main Stage speaking opportunity?
No. An exhibitor position provides physical presence, visibility and delegate conversations in the Networking Hub. It does not include a Workshop, Main Stage speaking, panel or keynote participation, a Private Meeting Room or Strategic Partner status. Those are separate commercial products and may be taken alongside an exhibitor position, subject to availability and approval.
What is the difference between exhibiting and hosting a Workshop?
Exhibiting is a physical two-day presence in the Networking Hub in the Garden Bar at £6,000 + VAT, designed for visibility, conversation and relationship building. A Workshop is an exclusive 40-minute partner presentation in St John's Room or the Lancaster Room at £8,000 + VAT, with the title and content developed with Private Markets Group. They are distinct products and can be taken together.
Where does exhibiting take place?
All exhibiting takes place in the Networking Hub in the Garden Bar, the Summit's only exhibition environment. The Ballroom hosts the Main Stage, and St John's Room and the Lancaster Room host Workshops; none of these are exhibition spaces.
Can I exhibit if my company is seeking investment?
Yes. The Networking Hub is open to selected growth companies, investment opportunities and projects seeking visibility with the family office and institutional-investor community attending UKFOS. Applications are reviewed for relevance to the Summit audience. Exhibiting provides visibility and conversations; it does not guarantee investment, introductions or meetings.
What types of investors is UKFOS designed to attract?
UKFOS is designed for a deliberately selected audience including family office principals, UHNW investors and wealth owners, institutional LPs and asset owners, sovereign wealth funds and other long-term capital allocators, alongside selected professional participants.
How do exhibitors connect with delegates?

Who is approved to exhibit?
Every application is reviewed individually by Private Markets Group. Approval depends on relevance to the delegate community, the integrity of the Summit environment and the balance of organisations already confirmed. Applying does not guarantee a position.
How does exhibiting differ from a partnership?
An exhibitor position provides an approved physical presence within the Networking Hub. Partnerships provide deeper association with a programme discussion, a Workshop, private meeting space, hospitality or the wider Summit.

Accessibility and Delegate Support
How to raise accessibility, dietary and assistance requirements before the Summit.
Is the venue accessible?
The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton hotel provides step-free access to the principal Summit spaces, with lift access between floors. As the building is historic, some areas differ in layout. Delegates with specific access requirements should contact the delegate team in advance so that arrangements can be discussed directly with the venue.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes, in most cases. Dietary requirements, allergies and preferences should be provided during registration or as early as possible thereafter so that the venue's kitchen can prepare accordingly. Requests notified close to the Summit may be harder to fulfil.
How do I request additional assistance?
Delegates may share mobility requirements, hearing or visual support needs, quiet-space requests or any other reasonable support requirement with the delegate team. Please raise these as early as possible so they can be reviewed with the venue. While every reasonable effort is made, not every request can be guaranteed.

When is the Private Welcome Dinner?
The Private Welcome Dinner is held on the evening of Monday 23 November 2026, before the Summit opens on Tuesday 24 November. It is a separate invitation-only occasion rather than an additional day of the programme, and it is not listed as a Summit session.
Who may attend the Private Welcome Dinner?

Is the dinner included for every delegate?
No. The Private Welcome Dinner is not included with any delegate pass and attendance is not automatic. Delegates holding a Residential Delegate Pass have accommodation included, but a place at the dinner is separate and extended only by invitation.
