Federated Hermes has announced the availability of monthly portfolio composition and performance information for the Federated Hermes Premier Municipal Income Fund, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker FMN, as at 31 July 2026.
Disclosures of this type are routine but useful. Closed-end municipal funds publish periodic composition data so that investors can assess credit quality distribution, duration positioning and leverage before trading in the secondary market, where shares can move to a premium or discount to net asset value.
Federated Hermes reported approximately $911.6 billion in assets under management as at 30 June 2026, spanning equity, fixed income, alternative and liquidity strategies for institutional and individual investors.
US municipal debt is not a core UK family office allocation, but it remains a significant reference point for tax-aware fixed income globally, and for internationally diversified families with US tax exposure.
For allocators reviewing listed vehicles of any nationality, the practical discipline is the same: read the published composition data rather than the headline yield, and account for leverage and discount volatility.
