Questions

Partnership Questions

What is the difference between a Private Investment Workshop and a Main Stage Panel Partnership?

A Private Investment Workshop (£8,000 + VAT) is an exclusive 40-minute partner presentation in St John's Room or the Lancaster Room, developed with Private Markets Group within an approved focus. A Main Stage Panel Partnership (£10,000 + VAT) is Main Stage thought-leadership participation within an editorially curated Ballroom panel, subject to relevance, speaker suitability and PMG approval. Both include a three-person Partner delegation: the Workshop includes 1 Lead Workshop Speaker plus up to 2 additional representatives and 3 Professional Delegate Passes, and the Panel Partnership includes 1 approved Panel Speaker plus up to 2 additional representatives and 3 Professional Delegate Passes.

Who can host a Private Investment Workshop?

Workshops are hosted by selected fund managers and GPs, investment managers, asset managers, specialist investment firms, International Financial Centre authorities, financial-centre organisations, governments, investment promotion agencies, private banks, wealth managers, law firms, tax advisers, fiduciary and fund administration businesses and selected private companies with relevant investment opportunities or innovative propositions. Confirmation is subject to relevance, availability and Private Markets Group approval of the partner, presenter, title, claims and content.

How are Workshop delegates selected?

Workshops run concurrently with the Main Stage, and delegates choose the session most relevant to them. Single Family Office principals and executives, MFO executives, institutional investors, UHNW investors and other eligible delegates self-select, which creates a focused audience with an existing interest in the subject. Attendance at an individual Workshop is not guaranteed.

View the full UKFOS programme

Does a partnership guarantee investor meetings?

No. Private Markets Group curates the Summit audience and will facilitate relevant introductions where there is genuine mutual fit, but no partnership guarantees meetings, attendance, allocations, investment or any other commercial outcome. Partnerships create the conditions for relationships rather than promising results.

Can we combine more than one partnership option?

Yes, subject to separate availability, relevance and approval. Exhibiting, Private Investment Workshops, Main Stage participation and Private Meetings & Hospitality are distinct commercial products with their own inventory: taking one does not include another, and any combination is confirmed individually with the partnerships team.

Further questions are answered on the full UKFOS FAQ page.
