Biography

Nicholas Turner is CEO of UAE-headquartered Capital Assured, which focuses on the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector across Europe and has transacted more than £500 million of development projects over the past three years.

Capital Assured has established investor relationships across the Middle East and Far East, alongside exceptional access to investment and development opportunities throughout Europe.

Nicholas is working with Enterprise Land to identify PBSA opportunities in target markets and establish long-term partnerships with high-quality developers.
