Andrew Thornton

Andrew founded Enterprise Land in September 2024 as a new type of intelligent real estate company. He is a real estate fund management professional with extensive experience of building pan-European portfolios and businesses. For the 17 years before founding Enterprise Land he was co-founder and CEO of Internos Global Investors, a European real estate investment manager, which was sold to Principal Financial Group in 2018, where he subsequently became CEO of Principal Real Estate Europe. Principal Real Estate is a top 10 global investment manager, with c.$100 billion real estate assets under management. From 1996 to 2007, he was a founder and European COO of Parkes and Company and then Invesco Real Estate, which acquired Parkes and Company. Prior to that, he was a vice president at Lend Lease and a chartered surveyor at Weatherall Green & Smith. He read Economics and Land Economy at Cambridge University, holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
