Will Strang

Will Strang is an Investment Director and part of the Real Estate leadership team at Federated Hermes, responsible for delivering high-quality asset management across the firm’s real estate portfolio. His role encompasses investment performance, strategic oversight and the management of flagship regeneration projects, multi-sector developments and joint venture assets.

Will oversees more than £1 billion in assets under management across the Oxford–Cambridge Arc, including Milton Park, the UK’s largest single-ownership science, innovation and technology campus, and Silverstone Park, a leading advanced engineering and technology campus.

He joined Federated Hermes in October 2018 as an Investment Manager and subsequently became Deputy Fund Manager of the Federated Hermes Property Unit Trust before progressing to his current position.

Previously, Will was an Associate Director in the Central London Retail team at BNP Paribas Real Estate, advising on property investment, asset management and leasing. He began his career at Strutt & Parker in 2013, undertaking structured professional training across several areas of the business.

Will holds a degree in Geography from the University of Exeter and a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2015.
