Tim is Head of Family Offices with wide responsibility for a range of high-net-worth clients from global financial institutions to private wealth managers and family offices. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2006 and previously spent seven years working overseas for State Street Bank & Trust in Luxembourg and Australia. Tim graduated MA in Business & Economics from Heriot-Watt University in 1999.
A significant part of Tim's role is managing Baillie Gifford's UK Family Office strategy and maintaining strong links with existing family office clients. This involves regularly presenting at client events — both proprietary and external — in the UK and further afield.
