PaleBlueDot AI has completed a $200 million Series C financing round led by ComputeCore, valuing the Silicon Valley-based AI infrastructure company at $3.2 billion.

Existing shareholder B Capital participated in the financing alongside other global investors.

The Series C follows PaleBlueDot AI's $150 million Series B financing announced in January 2026.

Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Palo Alto, PaleBlueDot AI operates what it describes as a Super Intelligence Infrastructure Platform combining self-owned GPU clusters, a GPU marketplace and serverless inference businesses.

The company's stated mission is to make intelligence more widely accessible by providing infrastructure for organisations developing and deploying AI.

PaleBlueDot AI owns and operates dedicated GPU clusters that can be customised for customers with large or specialised computing workloads.

Its B300 cluster in Japan recently achieved NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status, which the company said validates its performance against NVIDIA reference benchmarks.

Through its marketplace, PaleBlueDot AI provides customers with on-demand access to compute capacity through a global network of supply partners.

Its serverless inference offering is designed to provide flexible computing infrastructure for developers and enterprises.

During 2026, the company has expanded both its data-centre capacity and its customer base.

As of the end of September 2026, PaleBlueDot AI said it had signed more than $5 billion in customer contracts.

Customers in the United States and Japan together accounted for more than half of monthly revenue, according to the company.

PaleBlueDot AI's clusters are distributed across multiple regions, while its customer base spans markets globally.

The company said its supply chain has been developed with a focus on efficiency and security, allowing customers to bring computing capacity online quickly.

Proceeds from the Series C are expected to fund additional computing capacity, providing customers with greater choice across locations and hardware.

Stephen Watts, CEO of PaleBlueDot AI, said:

“We will continue to broaden our customer base, with a focus on frontier labs, Neolabs and enterprises in the U.S., and we will invest in our full-stack and go-to-market teams.”
