His Excellency Mohammad Abdulrahman Alhawi serves as Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Investment.
As Undersecretary, H.E. Alhawi collaborates with the Minister to develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing the UAE's position as a global investment hub.
Prior to his current role, H.E. Alhawi served as Director of Economic Development at The Executive Council, where he helped shape Dubai's economic policies in collaboration with public and private-sector stakeholders. He also chaired the Economic Team focused on strengthening Dubai's economic competitiveness.
Earlier in his career, H.E. Alhawi was Vice President at Mubadala's Technology, Manufacturing & Mining Platform. He has also held roles within the Prime Minister's Office and The Executive Office.
