Hugh White

Hugh is a highly experienced capital markets specialist and Head of the UK National Capital Markets team, a role he has held since 2013. With more than two decades of investment experience, Hugh advises institutional, international, and private investors on major office and business space transactions across the UK. His deep market insight, network of long-standing relationships, and ability to anticipate cyclical and structural market shifts position him as a trusted adviser to clients navigating complex investment decisions. Hugh sits on the Commercial Markets Board and works closely with BNP Paribas’ International Investment Group to deliver cross-border capital flows and strategic advice.

Hugh’s approach blends market intelligence, investor alignment, and strategic positioning, resulting in more than £600m of transactions in the last four years alone, completed through both on- and off-market processes. Alongside brokerage, he provides strategic advisory support through retained mandates, including his role on the Oversight Committee of a UK Family Office.

Hugh is MRICS qualified, holds an MA from Cass Business School and is a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors.
