Guy Bishop

Guy Bishop is a Director and co-owner of Alchemy Asset Management and a specialist in the UK office sector with more than 30 years of experience. His career spans leasing, development and investment agency, including 17 years with CBRE and Deloitte Real Estate, before becoming a director of Alchemy Asset Management when the business was established in 2012. Guy works across Central London and regional office markets, advising institutional and private investors on investment origination, asset management, refurbishment, leasing and value creation across core-plus and value-add office investments. His experience includes working with institutional and private investors across the UK property market.
